If it feels right, we book a first session, in person or online. Paperwork is handled privately in the client portal.
If you are in crisis, please do not wait for a consultation. Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) any time, or call 911 in an emergency.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can give you a monthly superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. A superbill includes a diagnosis code, so submitting one does share that with your insurer. I am glad to walk you through it before we begin.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Ask me for one at any time, and you will receive it before your first session.
